In April 2015 a group of migrant journalists together with the Other Space Foundation and Foundation for Social Diversity have established six standards which are sets of directions and postulates for the media in Poland.
The standards gather and specify controversial issues concerning multiculturalism in media, as some of them still remain unsolved – like the word “Murzyn” – commonly used although being offensive to people who are called like that.
Editorial boards who would like to support the postulates included in these standards and adopt them in their practices may sign them.
